The girls become well versed in today's digital landscape learning skills that are relevant and in demand.
In most major corporations, English is the preferred language of communication. Business leaders who can speak more than one language will have a wider perspective and understanding. In Rincón, 60% of high school graduates are proficient in English. We're accelerating this percentage by 10% within five-years so that Latina young women can become diverse and empathetic leaders in IT.
Research in 2011, found a positive connection between girls’ self esteem and attainment of goals. We understand how self-esteem has long been considered an essential component of good mental health. During studio time, we educate all students on the benefits of holistic modalities to learning, healing, growing and coping with stress. Introduction to meditation and yoga will help them learn how to calm their minds and use healthy coping mechanisms.
