dev46 Girls Tech Academy is an official P.R. 1101.1 and U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization bringing equality and equity to our community through IT education and workforce development.
We offer core programs designed to foster a pipeline of young girls and women who are passionate about technology and innovation. We offer free courses, workshops and clinics that cultivate the next generation of innovators.
CLUB AMIGAS dev46 pushes boundaries, where technology holds no borders and those collaborations become an international sisterhood in tech. Getting there through holistic modalities to personal development and tech training is how we begin to form team-based projects, such as running clubhouse operations, planning events, and marketing themselves. CLUB AMIGAS cultivates future leaders who are confident, knowledgeable, passionate, and driven to impact the world around them.

Talent, wherever it is in the world, deserves a chance to define its career path. We don't see borders between Latin America and Europe. Puerto Rico is ideally located between talent in both markets—we're creating an environment of multiculturalism to bring international female technologists into club workshops.
