VISUAL LEARNING
Computer science for k-5 uses visual learning to leverage students’ natural propensity to have better retention, achievement, and growth. It enriches the content of computer science with colorful images and interactive interfaces to enhance students’ participation and engagement while learning.
With over 400 students in k-5 attending two Rincón schools, each child will have the opportunity to learn computer science. We believe beginning computer science young, allows us to directly impact potential young coders and contribute to the growing knowledge economy. Programming for kids with computer science for k-5 can help teach children skills in math, logic, problem solving and critical thinking.
